A great product at a reasonable price, handcrafted in Tennessee for perfect baking.
Our handcrafted baking sheets are made from food-grade aluminum which allows oven heat to transfer evenly across the baking sheet surface. They are made out of aluminium so they won't rust. The built-in handle allows for easy gripping when you take them out of your hot oven. They are also stackable, if you own more than one size, so they take up less room in your cabinet for storage. Another feature of the food-grade aluminum is how great they are for thawing frozen food, which can be done in a fraction of the normal thawing time. To clean them, just use soap and hot water. To keep their luster, avoid putting them in your dishwasher so they will continue to be nice and shiny for years to come.

We seem to have some discoloration on a variety of different blank sheets we received from our supplier. This descoloring can be worked with by applying a thin coating of PAM. Your baking sheet will continue to perform as expected and the discoloring will not have any effect on your baking.
No; however, they are extremely easy to clean with hot water and dish detergent. If you do have “stubborn” food residue, try a soft abrasive Scotchbrite pad and Dawn Soap. To really get yours shining, Bar Keepers Friend is another great product available in most stores. .
The food-grade aluminum we receive from our supplier has a protective vinyl applied to the top to prevent scratches during shipping and our forming process. Please remove it before using your baking sheet. Simply pull it off, starting at a corner. If your baking sheet looks like shiny aluminum on the top and bottom, the vinyl has been removed.
YES, if your recipe calls for it, follow your recipe. You only need a very small amount. When you’ve finished your baking, hand wash the sheet thoroughly with hot water and dish detergent to remove all residue. Otherwise, the residue will become like a varnish when the sheet is used again. Some people prefer to use parchment paper over oil.
We do not recommend using a dishwasher. When your dishwasher heating element kicks in to dry the dishes, the soap will dry on its surface and eventually it will look dull. It will still work as a baking sheet, but it will not stay shiny.
The dimensions you see listed on our pages on this web site are the overall size. The handle is included.
Sure, within the basic sizes you see listed, we don’t mind working up something that is perfect for your needs. Typically, we don’t charge anything extra, but if we do need to charge extra, we will assure it is acceptable with you before we proceed.
We would not recommend using it on a BBQ grill for several reasons, but the biggest concern is how the baking sheet will absorb the smoke from any meat juices hitting the coals or gas jets and your sheet getting discolored.
